Privacy at moHelp
moHelp is operated by Nex AI Advisors LLC, Greenville, South Carolina. This page explains what moHelp stores and shares, for accounts, live calls, the Home Binder, the pro handoff, payments and the waitlist.
Accounts
We store your email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), when you confirmed your email, and your sign-in sessions (as hashes, for up to 30 days). Account emails, such as confirmation and password-reset links, are sent through Resend; we keep a log of which kind of email went to which address. To slow abuse we briefly keep hashed counters of sign-in attempts and network addresses, deleted after two days.
Live calls
During a call, your voice and camera frames go to OpenAI to run the guide, or your voice goes to xAI if that backup voice service is in use. The guide's voice goes to the avatar provider (Anam or HeyGen) to animate Liv. moHelp doesn't save raw audio or video. For each call we keep when it started and ended, how long it lasted, and whether it was a free call or a Fix Pass call.
Home Binder and getting a pro
Home Binder entries you save stay until you delete them or your account. If you send a repair packet to a pro, the packet, your name, contact details and ZIP code go to Greenville Home Pros (also operated by Nex AI Advisors LLC) and to that pro, and we keep a copy of the referral.
Payments
Stripe handles your card details. We keep each purchase's amount, date and Stripe reference so we can honour your passes and keep accounting records.
Your choices
From your account page you can download your data or delete your account. The download includes your account, Home Binder entries, referrals, repair projects, calls, purchases and passes. Deleting your account removes it with its sessions, Home Binder entries, saved referrals and repair projects, and the email log for your address. Purchase, pass and call records stay for accounting but no longer link to your moHelp account; Stripe keeps its own payment records, including the email used at checkout.
The early-access waitlist
Joining this waitlist registers your interest in moHelp. It doesn’t create an account, book a contractor or start a repair assessment.
What we collect
Your email address, your agreement to early-access emails, and the date you join. If you choose to provide them, we also store your US ZIP code, owner type, and the kind of help you’re interested in. Campaign tags in the link you used may be saved with your signup so we can understand where interest comes from.
How we use it
To plan moHelp early access, understand interest by area and type of help, and contact you about this service. We don’t sell waitlist information or share it with contractors. Joining does not authorize contractors to contact you.
Where it’s kept
The signup is stored in a private database on our Cloudflare hosting platform. The public website has no directory of signups. We haven’t connected advertising trackers, and joining the waitlist doesn’t send you automatic emails.
Leaving the waitlist
After a new signup, the page provides a private removal link. Save it: anyone with that link can remove that signup. It uses a random token and does not display your email. Repeating a signup doesn’t overwrite the original record or generate a new removal link.
We keep your signup until you remove it or we close the waitlist. Any future early-access email will need to include a way to unsubscribe.
If you lose your removal link or have a question about your signup, contact David using the email you registered. Ownership should be confirmed before changing a record.
Spam prevention
Our hosting infrastructure processes network requests. The signup endpoint may temporarily store a hash of the network address and time window to limit abuse; it does not store the raw address in the waitlist record. These temporary counters are cleared when subsequent signups occur.
Product illustrations
The interactive example and original generated home imagery are illustrative. They are not a live assessment, a customer testimonial or evidence of current contractor availability.
